이번 일정은 현지 파트너사의 초청으로 진행되었으며, 극한의 고온 환경 속에서 ISOLLAT 솔루션의 우수한 단열 성능과 내구성을 현장에서 직접 검증할 수 있는 중요한 기회였습니다.
시공 대상은 고온의 스팀 파이프였으며, 기존 단열재가 부식(CUI)이나 유황가스에 취약했던 환경 속에서도 ISOLLAT은 기존 단열방식 보다 훨씬 탁월한 안정성과 시공 효율성을 입증했습니다.
발전소 총책임자와 관계자들은 결과에 매우 만족했으며, 향후 인근의 신규로 신설되는 발전소들에 ISOLLAT 적용을 적극 검토 중입니다.
이와 별도로, 인도네시아에 위치한 글로벌 제철소에서 ISOLLAT 제품에 대한 프레젠테이션이 성공적으로 마무리되었고, 고열 설비에 대한 샘플 시공도 조만간 진행될 예정입니다.

In mid-June 2025, CNT successfully completed a sample application of ISOLLAT products at a geothermal power plant located in the highlands of central Indonesia.
This project was carried out at the invitation of a local partner company and served as a valuable opportunity to directly verify the ISOLLAT solution’s superior thermal insulation performance and durability under extreme high-temperature conditions.
The application was conducted on high-temperature steam pipes. Even in an environment where existing insulation materials were vulnerable to corrosion under insulation (CUI) and sulfur gases, ISOLLAT proved to deliver far superior stability and installation efficiency compared to traditional insulation methods.
The plant’s general manager and related personnel were highly satisfied with the results and are actively considering the use of ISOLLAT in newly constructed nearby power plants.
Separately, a presentation on ISOLLAT products was successfully completed at a global steel mill located in Indonesia, and a sample application on high-temperature equipment is scheduled to take place soon.
CNT will continue to contribute to the spread of eco-friendly, high-performance insulation solutions throughout the Southeast Asian region by maintaining close cooperation with partners and consistently providing technical support and material supply.
